How your parcel travels

  1. Packed and dispatched 1 to 2 working days We pick, check and pack your order, then hand it to the carrier.
  2. On its way First scan can take 24 to 72 hours A quiet tracking page is normal at this stage. Parcels travelling from our partner workshops often show their first update at the regional hub rather than at collection.
  3. Delivered 5 to 9 working days across the UK Free delivery on every order, tracked the whole way. A small number of global exclusives take 8 to 12 days, always noted on the product page.
